[/blockquote]The Xavier Home for mutants, also known as the Xavier Academy, is a mansion owned by Professor Xavier. He allows young mutants who often have no other place to go, to reside in his home and trains them to gain better control over their powers. All of the mutants who are under the age of 18, he also gets them set up to go to school. Those who are at least 14 are to go to North Salem High School.
