The Hellions Cometh

[li]Recently a string of disappearances have begun plaguing North Salem and the surrounding towns. Children of high school age seem to be the main targets but even adults are being abducted with seemingly no link between them. A high majority of those vanishing have been mutants though no direct link could be established with current data. It is almost as if they simply vanished from the face of the Earth without so much as a peep. The exact number is unknown but expected to be in the hundreds as citizens begin to become panicked and worried at any corner, it is advised that those who wish to be safe stick to large groups of people though there have been cases of five or ten people vanishing at once, more news to follow as the story develops.[/li][/ul]

This is the signup thread for the battles against the Hellions who are currently abducting mutants for unknown purposes. Anyone who is interested, please sign here, but note that if your character is defeated and there is a good chance of that happening they will be kidnapped and taken somewhere else (so you won’t be able to post anywhere). You could have someone attempt to break you out but their safety is also not guaranteed and they would need to have a power that would enable them to track you, you can’t meta the system and say they followed you there. This signup is only for students currently of the high school so no teachers or anything may be involved in the fight. The matchups will be decided by me based on a number of factors. Just a warning the Hellions are quite a bit stronger than the average level here but have flaws in their personality or their power structure that make them weaker than they should be. As well they are entirely beatable should your character be capable of that feat or you could simply flee. To signup simple reply to this thread with your character name, members will be the creators of the topic, if you feel your character isn’t very handy in battle but has a friend who is a 2 v 1 matchup may be arranged. Those involved in this plot will be more heavily involved in the one directly after this, thanks.
